Hardware Development Student

We are seeking a creative and motivated Hardware Development Student with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

In this role you will be responsible for the design and integration of Powermat’s simulation tools with the company’s flagship product.

You will report directly to the Hardware Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and integration of MATLAB-based simulation tool
  • Board-level simulations
  • Magnetic analysis using magnetic measuring tools and validation of theoretical results
  • Design and construction of 3D mechanical/electromagnetic (ME) models
  • Monitoring of intellectual property (IP) claim charts
  • Support in EMC/EMI pre-certification activities
  • Close collaboration with the embedded firmware (FW) team

Job Requirements:

  • Theoretical knowledge in power converters and power magnetics
  • End of 2rd year or higher student from a major university
  • Experience in power electronics – an advantage
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Independent, hardworking and fast learner
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English – written and verbal
